What is Mat Pilates?

Recommended by the NHS for common orthopedic conditions, Mat Pilates is a core strength and conditioning class based on the classic exercise principles of Joseph Pilates: concentration, control, center, flow, precision, and breathing.

Strengthening from the inside out (from your core) through a series of exercises and stretches systematically improves your mobility and posture and enhances your overall well-being.
